Project Aardvark
For all of you techies who haven't been keeping up with Project Aardvark (the summer intern project for Fog Creek Software), tech support looks like it got a whole lot simpler.
Fog Creek Copilot is in beta right now and I can't wait for it to get open to the public so I can fix all my mom's computer problems from the comfort of my own home. Of course, the only downside is I'm not sure how Copilot handles system reboots.
