Unscientific Housing Bubble Indicator
Just thought I'd throw my own two cents into the housing bubble debate raging through our financial communities lately. When the geeks start leeching real estate instruction videos, you know the end is nigh. Computer geeks are always the last ones on the bandwagon with everything involving popular opinion. Want to know what home theater system to get for that high-fidelity experience? Ask a nerd. What car has the most fuel efficient engine? Bingo. Nerd.
Want to know what color is going to be "in" next year? Do yourself a favor and skip the nerd this time.
As an aside, for those of you who would like to know more about Carleton Sheets, I suggest you go here to learn more before you shell out any hard-earned cash (or bandwidth in this case).
